Signs that caught our eye

The first one is for Debbie Collins, who has a family friend who loves flamingos; the second is a one of a kind festival, as far as we know, and the third is for my cousins, Tina and Ken.  Double click to read the signs, if need be.

VT to Rock City Falls, NY Oct 8th

Happy Birthday, Jeff!  The morning was beautifully clear and sunny.  We headed out to Rock City Falls, NY.  It was only about 140 miles, but took us about 6 hours.  We went thru Killington, VT, for the second time on our trip.  This time, we were able to capture a few of the hay sculptures they have through out town, including one of our own in the back of our truck!  We had to double back at Cambridge, NY,  because there was a sign that the underpass was only 11' clearance, and our rig is 12' 6".  I really liked Cambridge...you could just feel the history in the air.  Rock City is just outside of Saratoga Springs.  We will be here over the Columbus Day weekend.
