You might not be able to tell, but these are snow flurries. Yesterday, Monday, May 10th, it rained all day. Bob and I went into Rapid City, about 47 miles from here to get some groceries and a few other things. This morning we could see snow on the mountain tops in the distance from our campsite. We decided to go back to Wind Cave before heading north for more sight seeing. I had been snapping photos on my 35mm camera on Sunday without film! I wanted to see if I could get some close up photos of the prairie dogs, plus I really love that area, so we headed back there today, hoping the weather would clear.
