Wednesday, May 5th...stopped at Grand Lake of the Cherokees in Grove, OK. This is just a one night stop on the way to Custer. Took us 6 hours to go about 240 miles, and worth every twist and turn of the road.

Our Retirement Trip
Our journey starts April 30, 2010. Plan is to travel thru 26 States, using no Interstate Highways. We will keep you posted on how that goes. We want to "see the country",visit National and State Parks, plus as many scenic highways as possible.
Tow vehicle is a 2005 Dodge 3500 SRW. Our home for the trip is a 2005 Holiday Rambler Savoy, single slide, remodeled kitchen, flooring and now has a California King Bed.
