Hard to believe it's been a year and a half since I last updated our blog of 13 years. Things just didn't seem "blog worthy" to paraphrase Elaine's comment about her sponges ( in a Steinfeld episode). But looking back, we've stayed busy, and a lot has happened over the last 18 months. So, let me begin:
We had another reunion with Plish, John, Jay, and Paul in Calabash. Little did we know that would be the last time we would all be together. Sadly, Jay passed away January 24th, 2023. She had been very sick for the last two years, put up a good fight, but lost the battle. She is dearly missed.
We could tell she was struggling, but she was determined to "party", at least for a little while.
