Saying so-long to Townville...hello Seneca

Back in December, Bob and I decided we would like to buy a house.  We still loved our tin can trailer life, but thought it would be wiser to own property rather than rent.  Also, Bob was running out of projects.  We spent many hours driving around Anderson, Walhalla, Seneca, and other small towns in the area, and then found our new home outside the Seneca city limits.  We closed on the property on 2/27 and have spent the past month transitioning from the campground to the new house.  Having sold or given away our furnishings when we left Bonita, we had to start from scratch.
A front view of the house.  It has two bedrooms, two full baths, laundry and mud rooms, and a one car garage on 3/4 of an acre about 6 miles from Seneca and 13 miles north of our Townville site.
The front yard is divided by our driveway which leads to the side and main roads.  We talked about putting up a produce or hot dog stand on that parcel. LOL.

Bob will have his shed moved here from the campground, and we plan on having an above ground pool installed soon.
Audrey, this shot is for you...you said you'd like to see Roscoe's first reaction to the new house.  He's wondering where the squirrels are.
