After traveling 368 miles, we bunked down for the night in Thedford. Train tracks were nearby and the Iron Horse made several runs loaded w/coal. Wind continued to blow taking the temps down to 26 degrees. However, propane heat, 3 comforters, and Bob's prep work of adding insulation when renovating the unit paid off, and we were toasty warm.
