Monday night, we stopped at Forks, WA. I had kept seeing signs about "Twilight Zone", "Dazzled by Twilight" and other twilight references. Turns out, this is the area for the Twilight vampire stories. I know of the series, but have not gotten into them myself. Folks celebrate Bella's birthday, and there are tours of the Swans', Cullens' and Blacks' residences among other locations from the stories. One of the locals said that the film was supposed to be made here, but then the producers changed the shooting locale to Oregon. At a local pharmacy was a sign: "Bella's First Aide Station". I wasn't quick enough to get photos of any of the signs other than this as we were leaving town. There were several brochures encouraging experiencing "Twilight" on the north Olympic Peninsula in Forks, LaPush, and Port Angeles. So, this photo is for all the Twilight aficionados.
